Lilly thinks Daddy can do anything and everything! She dropped one of her special laminated shapes (an orange square) between the cabinet and refrigerator. I was busy making breakfast and cookies for our July 4 festivities and told her it was gone. What an idiot I am! She was not satisfied with my "oops, it's gone" solution so she ran off with "I'll get Daddy." Down she comes with Ernie following behind. Here is a small snippet of the event. There was a lot of "Daddy, I help you." " Daddy let me show you." And then some "Lilly, I don't see it." "Lilly, it's stuck."
After they both gave up, I took five seconds to retrieve her precious shape. And she still gives Daddy the credit for finding her shape.
Not sure why she needed the sunglasses to meet John.
