I remember thinking how lucky Britanie and TJ were to have their Nana. I called their Nana, Mom. And although they looked like the same person - they were nothing alike. We all said we would have loved to have been raised by Nana. Mom loved being a grandmother and Britanie and TJ really had so much fun with her. Apparently, this happens to all parents. I wasn't there to personally experience the stories I've heard about the Church kids growing up, but really - listen to these retired beach combers skyping with Lilly. Who'da thunk?

O Brooke, Where Art Thou?
Brooke has been in Branson since Thursday evening with her family. And Lilly has missed her.

After a few minutes in the shade, she decided to come down to the sunny walkway. She attempted to lay down. I guess the helmet was uncomfortable, because she popped up and said "That's not right. That's not right."

So after her initial investigation proved I was in fact correct, she took a seat. On Brooke's door step.
Yes, Lilly. Laying down while you wait on Brooke to come home is definitely not right.
Let's Go Fly a Kite
I was so nervous about this idea... I was certain the wind would not be strong enough or last long enough. Or that we'd lose it in a tree. Oh, you name it, I worried about it!
But she was a rock star and Mother Nature was pretty great herself!

Too Tight!
Lilly saw her snow suit from last year on the table. It is a 12-18 month and too small for her to wear. She insisted on trying it on anyway. Over her pajamas. She laid down on the floor so I could zip it and button it. I pulled her up to sitting. With a struggled voice, she proclaims, "too tight, too tight." It was so cute.
